Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller who
has a proven track record working in an NBFC. The role involves
engaging with potential MSME customers across India from our curated database,
understanding their needs, and convincing them to apply for business
loans tailored to their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make
outbound calls to MSME customers from a provided database, introducing our
loan offerings.
- Explain
the benefits of Secured and Unsecured Loans for their
business needs.
- Understand
customer profiles and assess initial eligibility over the phone.
- Maintain
accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM tools.
- Schedule
follow-ups and coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
- Consistently
meet or exceed assigned call and conversion targets.
