Working Hours: 10 AM to 6:30 PM

Location: Hojiwala, Sachin

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Ecommerce Accounts Executive to  our financial transactions and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, experience with Tally, and an understanding of ecommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Bookkeeping:

o Monitor and record ecommerce transactions across platforms.

o Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely transaction recording.

• Tax Compliance:

o Prepare TDS calculations and ensure timely deposits.

o Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.

• Client and Vendor Relations:

o Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoicing and payment queries.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Experience: Previous experience in accounting or data entry roles, preferably in an ecommerce environment.

• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Tally software; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools is a plus.

• Understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
