The successful candidate will be trained and responsible for general research, preparation of feasibility studies, business plans and appraisal reports for hotel and resort properties.
Responsibilities include but not restricted to:
• Perform primary and secondary research as directed
• Assist in preparing market study / feasibility reports for hotels and hospitality projects
• Prepare forecasts of income and expenses
• Review of financial statements and other relevant documents
• Use of Microsoft Excel models and in-house databases
• Report writing
• Establish a network of industry contacts

Requirements:
• Bachelors or equivalent or Masters Degree with a major in hospitality, tourism, or business administration
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
• Work experience: 0 – 2 years
