As Research Associate – Institutional Equities plays a pivotal role in providing in-depth analysis and insights on equity securities to institutional investors, such as mutual funds, pension funds, and hedge funds. This position involves conducting comprehensive research, developing financial models, and delivering investment recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Financial
Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of financial
statements, market trends, and economic data to evaluate the performance
and potential of companies and industries.
- Financial
Modelling: Develop and maintain complex financial models
to forecast company performance, including income statements, balance
sheets, and cash flow projections.
- Report
Preparation: Write comprehensive research reports
that summarize findings, provide investment recommendations, and offer
insights into market dynamics.
- Client
Interaction: Engage with institutional investors to
present research findings, respond to inquiries, and discuss investment
strategies.
- Industry
Monitoring: Stay updated on industry developments,
regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors that may impact investment
opportunities.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with senior analysts, portfolio managers, and sales teams to
align research with investment objectives and market strategies.
Skills:

Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting.

years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or a related
financial role.

Proficiency in financial modelling and
valuation techniques.

Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication
