Job Description:

• Planning and execution of work as per design plan & drawing.
• Preparation of daily and monthly reports on work progress (Key performance Indicator) & evaluating work as per the planned schedules.
• Maintaining quality standards for all structural works.
• Preparation of bar bending schedule, Sub-contractor bills, etc.
• Supervision of work to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety.
• Study of the related documents such as drawings, plans etc.
• Attending the client meetings regarding the status/progress of work.
• Preparation of purchase requisition including rate comparisions  from various vendors for the materials required on site.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Checking the quality of RCC Works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls and slabs etc.
• General and technical Site supervision of civil works.
• Plan & Execute civil works Construction in coordination with Civil Contractor and as per availability of resources.
• Ensuring all site personnel for quality workmanship in accordance with plans and client needs and fulfilling the requirements
• Inspecting project sites to monitor progress and ensure design specifications as standards are being met.
• Overall monitoring and planning of project on day to day basis
• Co-ordination with various departments for timely inputs to fulfill project’s report.
• Ensuring material delivery on time as per the project schedule and prepare purchase requisition with store department.
• Ensuring Quality control in accordance with IS/Procedures method statements, all prepared by the project management team and by subcoordinators.
• Day to Day management of the Site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
