Position
Overview:
The Business Development Executive, will be responsible for generating
qualified leads and scheduling appointments with potential clients through
outbound communication strategies. This role is essential to driving the
pipeline for our sales team and plays a key part in our overall business
growth. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, persuasive,
well-organized, and results-driven.
Key
Responsibilities:

Conduct
high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and set
appointments.
l
Engage
prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate contact and
follow up effectively.
l
Research
and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
l
Clearly
articulate our value proposition and tailor messaging to address client needs.
l
Maintain
a strong understanding of our products/services, industry trends, and the
competitive landscape.
l
Accurately
document all lead interactions and appointment details in CRM software.
l
Consistently
meet or exceed monthly goals for lead generation and appointment setting.
l
Collaborate
closely with the sales team to ensure scheduled appointments are aligned with
their objectives and availability.
l
Provide
valuable feedback from prospect interactions to help refine outreach strategies
and messaging.

Proven
experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales.

Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
