• Strong analytical mindset, ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-performance environment
• Experience managing AIF, portfolio, intangible asset, true-up, and international valuations
• Experience in ESOP / ESAR valuations

A boutique Investment Banking and Valuation Advisory firm based in Mumbai and Surat is looking to onboard a highly driven Senior Valuation Analyst to support its growing advisory and transaction practice. This role offers direct exposure to complex valuation engagements, M&A transactions, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and support the team in end-to-end valuation assignments for transactions, financial reporting, and strategic purposes
• Develop financial models, perform valuation analysis, and conduct scenario/sensitivity testing
• Support M&A, private equity, and fundraising mandates through research and analytical insights
• Prepare valuation reports, investment memoranda, presentations, and client deliverables
• Conduct industry research, benchmarking, due diligence, and transaction support
