Product Manager – NRI Onboarding Journeys
Job Description:
· Responsible for NRI product onboarding journeys
· UAT and maintenance of content of client side onboarding journeys
· Ensuring all things related to NRI product from Sourcing to Settlement are function properly
· Assisting sourcing teams in query resolution.
· Capability building through training of the sourcing team on product proposition, documentation & processes
· Liaison with operations, tech, compliance, service teams to handle and resolve customer queries and issues on products
· Engaging with sales / activation teams to increase customer activations through interactions, team trainings, customer knowledge programs, etc
· Understanding competition and scale up acquisition of accounts by identifying suitable opportunities within the sourcing frame work
Requirements:
· Excellent communication, ability to drive quality interactions with high net worth NR customers
· Understanding and experience of client escalation management for NRI customers
· Act as a sounding board for gathering client and sales team feedbacks for product improvements
· Understanding of Banking channels for acquisition
· A passion for driving numbers and ability to influence parameters that impact business including process/leads/product knowledge/individual motivation/reporting, etc.
