Job Description:

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to manage administrative, documentation, and coordination work. The role involves supporting internal teams, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and files

  • Prepare reports, MIS, and documentation as required

  • Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Sales, Operations, Accounts)

  • Handle emails, data entry, and basic office correspondence

  • Assist in invoice processing, follow-ups, and documentation

  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data

  • Support senior management with administrative tasks
