  1. Providing comprehensive support to our Insolvency Professional/s in managing IBC cases.
  2. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to IBC procedures.
  3. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, and resolutions relevant to IBC matters.
  4. Coordinate with external stakeholders including legal counsel, CoC members, regulatory authorities, and clients.
