- Providing comprehensive support to our Insolvency Professional/s in managing IBC cases.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to IBC procedures.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, and resolutions relevant to IBC matters.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including legal counsel, CoC members, regulatory authorities, and clients.
