Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
Ensure compliance with export documentation requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Dispatch, and Accounts departments.
Track order status and ensure timely deliveries.
Track pending quotations and open orders
Prepare export-related documentation.
Coordinate shipment schedules with logistics providers.
Assist in document submission to customers and banks.
Skills:
Good knowledge of domestic and international sales practices.
Understanding of export documentation and Incoterms.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Export sales/support experience preferred.
