| · Responsible for the entire recruitment process (from sourcing to hiring) within the organization and developing a talent pool pipeline across all verticals. |
| · Experience in lateral hiring for sales and other support functions |
| · Build and maintain a high-quality database using available resources optimally, such as Job Portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Employee Referrals, etc. |
| · Write job descriptions, understand the JD, and prepare a recruitment plan accordingly. |
