- Head Pan India Seller & Buyer onboarding on a B2B Ecommerce Website
- Understand the Company's products and services and articulate, guide and handhold sellers and buyers through the onboarding process and integration.
- Engage with external customers/ Manage teams to define requirements, verify business processes, and deploy product offerings
- Gather requirements and help build tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which sellers and buyers onboard/integrate with us
- Track and report onboarding and integration performance using appropriate metrics
- Support the launches of new programs, categories, and features.
- Provide post on-boarding support to both sellers and buyers
- Track Lifetime performance and Value of Buyers and Sellers and build systems and processes for continuous growth in both performance and value.
- Track and Improve repeat sale and purchase
- Manage and grow a sizable team of regional onboarding specialists
- Work with 3rd Party Marketing/onboarding agencies to get the onboarding done wherever required.
Skills:
- Sales acumen and go getter attitude
- Advanced IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated intense customer focus. Must be metrics-driven.
- Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic
