Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager – Real Estate with deep market knowledge of South Mumbai and Andheri. The role focuses on channel partner onboarding, broker network expansion, and HNI lead sourcing for luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate is well-connected, relationship-driven, and understands high-end real estate dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner & Broker Management

Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, IPCs, and premium brokers

Build long-term, high-performance relationships with top CPs in South Mumbai & Andheri

Drive consistent lead flow from broker and referral networks
-
Conduct CP meets, project briefings, and engagement activities
Lead Sourcing & HNI Engagement
-
Source high-quality HNI & UHNI leads for luxury residential projects

Work closely with sales/closing teams to ensure smooth deal conversion

Maintain strong relationships with wealth managers, advisors, and local influencers

Ensure regular follow-ups and partner alignment on inventory & pricing
Market Intelligence & Strategy

Track local market trends, competitor activity, and CP performance
-
Provide insights on pricing, demand, and buyer preferences in luxury segments

Strategically expand sourcing channels in premium micro-markets
Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and CRM teams

Maintain accurate data on CP performance and sourced leads

Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines
Skills:
Key Requirements

6–10 years of experience in luxury real estate sourcing or channel sales

Strong existing network of channel partners in South Mumbai & Andheri
-
Proven experience dealing with HNI / UHNI clients

Background in luxury residential real estate sales or sourcing

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

Strong local market knowledge of premium micro-markets

Self-driven, result-oriented, and professional in approach
