Implementing
and Rolling out the Training Workshops/ Initiatives to impact Business
results positively for Defence Channel ·
Monthly
planning of the Training Schedule along with the defined
priorities of the Channel. The job
role would demand ability to convince the Channel Sales Head and RSMs to
implement training modules on up skilling the team, Hence ability to persuade
and influence is a key skill. ·
Persuade and train the CHL Sales Team SPOC on conducting
Cantonment Events, usages of Proposition Centric Conversation starters &
Sales Tools, and promote usages in Customer Interactions, to ensure better
Lead Generation and Sales Conversion ratio. · Positively impact performance of RMs mapped based on
defined parameters
– hence the role demands the maturity to be able to manage the complex
business situations. ·
Keep
a track of training impact in terms of RM Activation, Average leads per activity/
No of FGD to Leads /Product Mix, Activation and NOP / APE Productivity of the RMs mapped ·
Ensuring
compliance with regards to defined Training Processes. · The ATMs are expected
to lead more complex RM Development
workshops and behavioral programs post internal/ external
certifications to enable them to engage with officers and other ranks of the
armed forces and provide after sales service. ·
The ATMs are
expected to lead identified Sales Training projects with defined objectives
as part of their role ·
Ensure
all CHL Sales Team mapped are trained on all the new products / Sales Training
Tools/Propositions/Skill Modules/Activity
as per the defined Sales & Marketing calendar ·
Complete
Induction (Aadhar, Nirman & Nipun) Certification for all nominated RMs –
new joinees ·
Track
impact of sales training and coaching initiatives across roles
·
Schedule
and Facilitate licensing training (IRDA refreshers for on-line training Agents)
/ exam preparation course for all new Agents as per the plan. ·
Conduct RM Development workshops and complex
Behavioral programs after necessary certification
·
Ability to coach and mentor the RMs through
joint field work |
