- Develop,
plan, and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with
business goals.
- Manage
daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across platforms,
including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Create,
curate, and coordinate engaging content—graphics, reels, stories, videos,
and campaign assets.
- Monitor
digital trends, conversations, and competitor activity to produce timely
and relevant content.
- Collaborate
closely with design, marketing, and content teams for cohesive brand
communication.
- Manage
paid ad campaigns and boost posts when required.
- Track
KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and prepare insightful social media
reports.
- Coordinate
influencer collaborations, brand tie-ups, giveaways, and partnership
activities (as applicable).
- Handle
social media crisis communication and support brand reputation management.
- Mentor,
guide, and support junior executives or interns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 4+
years of proven experience in social media management for brands or
agencies.
- Strong
command over visual storytelling, brand positioning, and content strategy.
- Proficiency
in tools such as Canva, SocialPilot, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite,
Google Analytics, etc.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly
creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple platforms
simultaneously.
- Experience
with paid media campaigns is an added advantage.
