Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle – from requisition to onboarding and documentation.
Coordinate mobilization of manpower for project sites within tight timelines.
Ensure employee documentation, contracts, NDAs, and deployment letters are complete and compliant.
Handle labour law compliances related to PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, CLRA, etc.
Maintain updated records of employee qualifications, certifications, and deployment history.
Act as the HR liaison for project managers and site leads.
Oversee attendance, leave records, and basic payroll inputs from remote locations.
Support contract renewals, role changes, and performance monitoring at project sites.
Negotiate manpower rates with external vendors when required.
Ensure adherence to wage, working hours, and welfare provisions.
Handle disputes, grievances, and disciplinary issues with site-deployed teams.
