Job Description:

  • Find potential CV's of experts for various projects in the government sector like IT, Infrastructure, Engineering
  • Source, screen, and recruit technical and non-technical professionals across engineering, infrastructure, IT, and support roles.
  • Maintain a ready database of deployable engineers, architects, IT professionals, and supervisors for PMC contracts.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle – from requisition to onboarding and documentation.
  • Coordinate mobilization of manpower for project sites within tight timelines.
  • Ensure employee documentation, contracts, NDAs, and deployment letters are complete and compliant.
  • Handle labour law compliances related to PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, CLRA, etc.
  • Maintain updated records of employee qualifications, certifications, and deployment history.
  • Act as the HR liaison for project managers and site leads.
  • Oversee attendance, leave records, and basic payroll inputs from remote locations.
  • Support contract renewals, role changes, and performance monitoring at project sites.
  • Negotiate manpower rates with external vendors when required.
  • Ensure adherence to wage, working hours, and welfare provisions.
  • Handle disputes, grievances, and disciplinary issues with site-deployed teams.
