Job Description:

• Strong knowledge and hands on experience in woven garments, particularly Shirts, Trousers and Top
• Sound understanding and practical experience in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Should be competent enough to independently manage quality operations for a factory with 1000 - 1200 machines and a monthly production capacity of approximately 3 lakh pieces.
• Ability to independently manage buyer interactions , audits, quality requirements and customer expectations.
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills to drive overall quality performance.
