Key Responsibilities
Architectural & Technical Leadership
- Lead and oversee hospital planning, healthcare architecture, and design strategy across projects
- Guide teams through concept design, master planning, statutory compliance, and execution coordination
- Ensure design quality, functional efficiency, and adherence to healthcare norms and best practices
- Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and proposal stages
Business Development & Growth
- Support business development initiatives for healthcare architecture and planning assignments
- Participate in client pitches, technical presentations, negotiations, and closures
- Support participation in EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and large healthcare infrastructure bids
Client Liaisoning & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary interface with hospital promoters, clinicians, project teams, consultants, and government authorities
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships and key accounts
- Collaborate with EPC, PMC, and allied consultants to ensure integrated delivery
Team Leadership & Office Contribution
- Lead, mentor, and grow multi-disciplinary architecture and hospital planning teams
- Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and design excellence
- Support leadership in resource planning, talent development, and succession
- Work closely with senior management on revenue targets, project pipeline, and profitability
