• Leading and expanding according to central strategy.
• Managing Team leads, Managers, City Team.
• Responsibility for company attrition and recruitment requirements.
• Creating Incentives and pay-out structures.
• Addressing internal grievances and handling all escalations from the core team responsible for
employee engagements.
• Initiating motivating programs for team.
• Chasing weekly and monthly targets per vehicle and ensuring the targets are achieved
• Building a core team which will be responsible for company’s growth.
Requirement:
Good GSheet, GData Studio skills are a must.
Work Experience – 6 to 8 years in operations.
Gig Economy Work Experience of 2 years.
