Job Description:

·        Drive sourcing of Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the Business Correspondent (BC) channel a
·        Identify, onboard, and manage Business Correspondents, DSAs, and channel partners for consistent business flow.
·        Achieve assigned disbursement and login targets for LAP products.
·        Build and maintain strong relationships with local connectors, SMEs, and self-employed customer segments.
·        Ensure end-to-end coordination with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
·        Maintain portfolio quality by focusing on early risk identification and delinquency control (EDA management).
·        Ensure adherence to KYC norms, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to optimize sourcing strategy.


Tactical:

·        Execute daily sourcing activities including lead generation, field visits, and partner engagement.

·        Drive productivity of BC partners through regular follow-ups, training, and engagement.

·        Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads into disbursements.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure TAT adherence and customer satisfaction.


Supervisory:


·        Manage and guide a network of Business Correspondents / DSAs for target achievement.

·        Monitor partner productivity and ensure quality sourcing and compliance adherence.

Conduct regular training sessions for BC partners on product, policy, and process updates.

Skills:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Preferred Qualification: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance
