Key Responsibilities
Prepare and support US 409A valuation assignments.
Work on valuation of private companies and equity securities.
Assist in Section 381-related valuation and tax assignments.
Perform financial analysis, comparable company analysis and market research.
Prepare valuation models, reports and supporting documentation.
Analyze financial statements, projections and other company information.
Coordinate with US clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver assignments within timelines.
Ensure accuracy and quality of valuation reports and calculations.
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in US Valuation.
Hands-on experience with 409A Valuations – mandatory.
Experience working on Section 381 assignments – preferred/mandatory.
Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and financial analysis.
Good knowledge of US GAAP/US taxation concepts related to valuation.
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Experience working with US clients will be an added advantage.
Skills:
We are looking for a US International Valuation professional with 2–3 years of relevant experience in US valuation assignments. The candidate should have strong knowledge of 409A Valuations and Section 381-related transactions and be comfortable working with US-based clients and financial data.
