We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate with at least 2 years of
experience in operational support, Zoom webinar
management, and data reporting. The ideal candidate
will support day-to-day operations, ensure smooth execution of virtual events,
and generate accurate reports to support business decisions.
Operations & Coordination
- Support daily
operational activities to ensure efficient workflows and process
compliance
- Coordinate with
internal teams to manage schedules, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain
documentation, SOPs, and operational records
Zoom Webinar Management
- Set up, manage, and
host Zoom webinars and virtual meetings
- Handle registrations,
panelist coordination, permissions, and attendee management
- Troubleshoot technical
issues during live webinars
- Manage recordings,
post-webinar reports, and follow-ups
Data Reporting & Analysis
- Collect, clean, and
organize operational data from multiple sources
- Prepare regular
reports and dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Track key performance
metrics and operational KPIs
- Ensure data accuracy
and timely reporting for stakeholders
Process Improvement
- Identify operational
gaps and suggest process improvements
- Assist in automation
or optimization of reporting and workflows
Skills:
- Experience with CRM or
reporting tools
- Knowledge of basic
data visualization tools
- Experience working in
fast-paced or remote environments
