Job Description :

  1. Prepare Statements and weekly closing units reports
  2. Prepare Demand letters
  3. Maintain necessary files of customers
  4. Coordinate with Legal department for legal queries
  5. Supervise and Execution of Final Sale Agreements and Coordinating with Clients for Registration of Sale Agreement
  6. Following up for timely Slab wise payments from customers
  7. Resolve accounting discrepancies viz payments received from Customers, Service Tax, Vat, GST
  8. Coordinate with Account Department for accounting queries of Customers
  9. Resolve Customers queries regarding their Unit, payments, Registration etc.
