Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and innovation.
Mentor and guide junior designers to elevate overall design output.
Translate business objectives into visually striking creatives that connect with our audience.
Stay on top of design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand fresh and forward-thinking.

5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with Figma/Sketch.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and innovative design work.
Experience with motion graphics, video, or 3D design is a plus.
Ability to balance creativity with strategy and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
