To provide Customers with Information about a business product and services without sounding rehearsed.
Manage Sensitive Customer data.
Should understand company’s products and services and their advantages and disadvantages.
Should be able to quickly address Customer concerns and questions
Should meet KPI’s to meet optimal productivity and efficiency. Should be aggressive with good convincing skills

Candidates with good communication (English and Hindi) and good listening skills.
