• Sound understanding of import-export procedures, Incoterms, and multimodal transport.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with
existing customers, and promoting company's comprehensive logistics services across industries. This
role requires deep understanding of international and domestic freight operations, customs
clearance processes, and solution-driven sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, target, and onboard new customers for freight forwarding and customs brokerage services.
• Promote full range of services including Air & Ocean Freight, Customs Clearance, Project
Logistics, Warehousing, and EXIM Consultancy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, and supply
chain professionals.
• Conduct client visits, understand customer logistics needs, and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, rate negotiations, and service proposals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.
• Collaborate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure service
excellence.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide sales strategy.
• Represent company at industry events, trade fairs, and networking forums when required.
