Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
 * Creating Quotations from Various insurance company portals.
 * Process insurance policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and within defined timelines. 
 * Verify customer documents, KYC records, and policy-related information for completeness and compliance.
 * Maintain and update policyholder records in internal systems and databases.
 * Coordinate with Relationship Managers and customers regarding policy processing requirements.
 * Support claims processing by collecting, reviewing, and organizing required documentation.
 * Handle customer queries related to policy status, renewals, premium payments, and documentation.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
 * Good written and verbal communication skills.
 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Data entry and record management skills. 
 * Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
 * Basic understanding of insurance products and processes (preferred)."
