Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

 Prepare and maintain accounts of the Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) as per IGAAP and IFRS accounting principles

 Prepare and maintain all AIF regulatory compliances

 Act as a liaison between clients and senior management

 Manage day-to-day operational activities related to the AIF like banking, invoice processing, TDS payment and filings.

 Preparing regular and periodic MIS and reports required by Investors, Client Management, and Regulatory bodies.

 Ensuring Fund activities are in compliance with SEBI rules and regulations and highlight issues in timely manner if there is a potential risk of not meeting regulatory compliance

 Calculation and reporting of NAV, IRR and statement of accounts for the Fund.

 Desired Candidate Profile

 Strong knowledge of Accounting, Compliance and Taxation 

 Advanced understanding of Tally

 Ability to work with ratios and percentages

 Strong comprehension of legal documents

 Advanced level of verbal and written communication
