We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our plotting projects in Karjat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with potential customers, and managing the end-to-end sales process. You will be expected to develop new business, manage existing clients, and work closely with other teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies for plotting projects in Karjat.
Generate leads, build client relationships, and convert sales.
Provide clients with detailed project information, conduct site visits, and close deals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Coordinate with marketing and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
Regularly report on sales performance to senior management.
