    Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head operations for our Retail/Oil & Gas and Warehousing business entities. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and strategic vision to manage day-to-day operations, lead a team of 50 employees, and ensure seamless coordination with MNC clients and stakeholders.

    Working Days- 6Days, Sat half day

    1. Only south Indian Candidate
    2. Knowing Kannada language is must

Job Description:

  • Experienced business operations and management professional with expertise in leading large teams across multiple business verticals.
  •  Skilled in overseeing day-to-day operations, warehouse logistics, retail business functions, and supply chain management while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Proven ability to drive productivity, reduce costs, and improve profitability through strategic planning and process optimization.
  • Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with MNC clients, overseas stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. Experienced in risk management, legal compliance, and implementing internal controls to ensure smooth business operations.
  •  A collaborative leader who works closely with promoters and leadership teams to execute business plans and support sustainable organizational growth.
