Job Description:

1. Preparation of Audit plan based on the organization structure
2. In depth knowledge of ledger scrutiny
3. Having experience of  finalization of accounts of various entities
4. Having experience of preparing & filing of 15CA/15CB
5. Preparation & finalization of financial statements as per schedule III
6. Updated with all notification and circular regarding any changes in Income tax , Companies act & GST
7. Having knowledge of accounting standards & guidance notes
8. Having experience of lead team of 2-3 persons
9. Drafting CARO & tax audit report
10. Knowledge of filing ITRs and handle reply of income tax notices
11. Well versed with Tally ERP, Ms Excel added advantage for SAP knowledge
12. Preparation of audit working file and management representation letter
