Primary Responsibilities
Training Delivery
* Deliver analytical courses, mentoring sessions, and workshops at training
centers, customer locations, or via live web sessions.
* Facilitate hands-on learning for participants across foundational to advanced
analytical topics.
Content Design & Development
* Design, develop, and continuously enhance analytical training products and
learning materials.
* Conduct extensive research to identify, propose, and build new course topics
related to advanced analytics techniques and their real-world applications.
* Collaborate with internal teams and customers to prepare, update, and
refine courseware and training documentation.
Consulting & Support
* Assist other analytical training consultants during workshop sessions,
including support for advanced courses.
* Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to sales, consulting, and other
internal teams on analytical concepts, methodologies, and application
scenarios.
* Participate in special projects—both internal and customer-facing—
independently or under the guidance of senior consultants or project leads.
Product & Process Improvement
* Provide structured feedback to Research & Development teams regarding
software quality issues and recommend enhancements to improve training
and product experience.
* Review, edit, and improve documentation for the division and cross
functional teams as required.
Continuous Learning & Skill Development
* Continuously acquire and maintain subject matter expertise to map
advanced analytical methods to specific scientific and business use cases.
* Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and techniques in analytics, data
science, and related domains.
