Job Description:

•  Monitoring legal as well as Valuation vendor empanelment process across states. Ensure all state &NHB policies are adhered.
• Responsible for delivering on defined TAT for legal and valuation process.
• Ensuring in legal and valuation process across locations/states.
• Manage Technical and legal vendors for the location through local team.
• Audits valuation and activities related to portfolio securitization.
• Manage deferrals related to properties. (Esp the non-top 6 locations)
• Give continuous inputs on developers / areas / projects / properties that can be added / avoided under LAP and HL.
• Monitor the progress on under construction projects at the location and advise on the same.

Team Management :-

• Train new joinees team members on the basics of technical and legal matters.
• Daily connects & calls with team to update & align them on policy changes.
• Control attrition

• Skills & Knowledge -:

1. Qualifications : Graduate/Post graduate in Civil Engineering,  Good knowledge of legal
2. Work Experience : >15 years, Expertise in mortgage industry
