1. Project & Campaign Management
- Oversee end-to-end execution of all marketing and communication
projects — from concept to post-launch analysis.
- Create and manage timelines, task lists, and deliverables for
campaigns, photo/video shoots, website launches, collaborations, and PR
events.
- Ensure brand consistency and timely approvals across teams.
2. Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with the Marketing & Content team to
ensure alignment across social media, campaigns, paid ads, and influencer
activities.
- Track campaign performance and ensure deadlines are met across
creative, content, and performance marketing verticals.
- Liaise with agencies for digital marketing, performance, and
creative requirements.
3. PR & Communication
- Manage relationships with PR agencies, stylists, and
media partners.
- Ensure timely delivery of brand assets, press releases, and
lookbooks.
- Track PR coverage and report results periodically.
4. Website & E-Commerce Management
- Oversee website updates, UI/UX improvements, product uploads,
and brand storytelling online.
- Coordinate between the web development team, content
creators, and marketing team to ensure smooth website operations.
- Monitor analytics and suggest optimizations for conversions and
user experience.
5. Outsourced Team Management
- Be the single point of contact for external vendors including
agencies, freelancers (photographers, developers, etc.), and marketing
partners.
- Negotiate timelines, deliverables, and ensure accountability
across partners.
- Maintain a vendor tracker with budgets, deadlines, and output
quality.
6. Events & Collaborations
- Plan and manage brand activations, pop-ups, launch events,
and influencer collaborations.
- Work closely with the creative team to bring campaign concepts
to life.
- Ensure logistics, execution, and communication are handled
efficiently.
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain trackers for all active projects and share weekly
progress updates.
- Analyze campaign and PR results and prepare monthly performance
summaries.
- Monitor budgets and ensure cost efficiency across marketing
activities.

Requirements
- Some experience in marketing project management, brand
operations, or communications, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or
beauty brands.

manage multiple timelines and teams simultaneously.
- Great communication and leadership skills for cross-functional
coordination.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- A good eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling is a plus.
