Major activities handle by this team is:-

Interaction with RM and Branches as a Support System
Inquiries of RM / Branch and revert with resolution in a TAT.
Provide product information and internal policies guidance.
Training and Development for new Automations
Coordinating with various internal teams or escalating complex matters to higher authorities beyond TAT.
Provide Exception reports and help ANWR to RM

Skills for this job :-

Person known to Broking Operations (Stock Market) with experience of 2-3 years
Specially DP / Settlement/EDP
Knowledge of MS office, and well verse with MS Excel
Knowledge and Awareness to use back office software Tech Excel / Class/ LD (Any 1 or 2)
Good in communication, work as coordination between the Head office Operations team and Business vertical.
