  • Candidate, worked in Accounts department or finance department with Real Estate Developer or Real Estate contractor with basic hands on Tally/accounting package and worked on microsoft excel
  • Age : 21 - 30 years

Variable (Bonus) can be considered depending upon experience

Job Description :

•    Financial Analysis (Balance Sheet, P & L, Bank statement and Cash flow statements)
•    Basic Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax
•    Real estate project analysis
•    Reading and interpreting legal statues and documentation
•    Preparation of draft reports/presentation
•    Co-ordination with clients and other agencies involved in the assignment

 

Qualification :

Skills :

1. Efficient in ERP Data extraction (Tally / SAP / Highrise etc) - Hands on experience on any ERP for at least a year

2. Efficient in Excel, Word - formulas, pivot tables and basic editing

3. Ability to read and understand financial statements (preferably real estate companies)

4. CA Inter (pursuing / cleared) and Articleship is an added advantage
