Job Description:

 The Analyst is a key member of the UC debt capital markets team, and this position presents an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of debt transactions for social enterprise clients, focusing on sectors like Financial Inclusion, Renewable Energy, Education, Agriculture, Healthcare and Women Empowerment, helping them obtain funding from a wide range of lenders, both domestic and international.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior team members in business transaction execution for debt assignments for social enterprise clients
• Analyze company financial statements, preparation of pitch book, create financial models, projections for client companies; preparing presentations/marketing materials for use in debt client coverage
• Participate in business and financial due diligence
• Prepare transaction documentation requested by lending institutions (Banks, NBFCs, MIVs, DFIs, etc.)
• Research and analyze industry, economic, market, and regulatory data as required to support debt coverage activities and transaction execution
• Liaison with clients and lenders to channelize information
• Handle various internal initiatives

Skills:

• Analyst - CTC upto- 8 lacs
• Associates - CTC upto- 12 lacs
• For Associates, the experience should be min 3 years.
