Job Description:

The Healthcare Auditor will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of financial operations within the healthcare sector. This position involves conducting comprehensive audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and adherence to regulatory requirements. The Senior Auditor will collaborate with various departments to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. By analysing financial data and operational processes, the auditor will contribute to the overall financial health and sustainability of the organization. Ultimately, this role is essential in safeguarding the organization's assets and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

  • Review client financial statements, workpapers, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

  • Identify and communicate audit issues, discrepancies, and areas of improvement to clients and internal teams.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Maintain organized documentation and follow professional auditing standards throughout the audit process.



 

Skills:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • CA/CPA preferred.

  • 1–3 years of auditing experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a high level of technical competence.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to guide and support team members.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
