Job Description:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
• Must have hands-on experience in residential building projects.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within timelines.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports and work progress records.
• Check quantities, measurements, and material requirements.
• Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
