Job Description:

Manage
OTIF(On Time In Full) FG supplies for the organisation & ensure OEE (Overall
Equipment Effectiveness) of the manufacturing units.
·
Projects
and Automation for new & Existing Manufacturing units. Implement Continuous
improvement systems in all the plants. Move towards Solarisation of all the
manufacturing units
·
Work
on capacity planning considering sales Forecast & Be part of the quality
improvement systems
·
Production
Planning in line with sales
plan.
·
Achieve
OEE in line with industry standard
·
Build
cost competitive production system utilising application of Tools like 5S, TPM,
lean manufacturing, IOT to build culture of cost competitiveness and continuous
improvement.
·
Production with industry standard productivity,
Quality, cost, etc.
·
Preparation
of capex and operations budget
·
Maintain
highest safety and hygiene standards to prepare plants to be future ready. Listen
and Drive all Health and Safety requirements and initiatives that the Health
& Safety team require for best practice and zero harm vision.
