• Proficient with MS Office Applications like advance Excel & Power point Presentations

• Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills

• Should possess the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities in a given timeline

• Analytical skills – Ratio Analysis, Yield calculation, financial Modelling etc.

• Must be able to function independently & ready to learn to work on new software/ORACLE/ Indus/ pennant.

• Knowledge of Ind AS, IGAAP framework and NBFC products.

• Independently analysis of portfolio yield movement on daily basis.

• Analysis of onboarding yield, accounting yield for each product along with reconciliation.

• Identify cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities related to each segment of business.

• Improvisation of accounting and business process.

• Product level analysis of revenue booking along with trend analysis.

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines.

• Support Finance reporting team in preparation of financials.

• Assessment of Portfolio movement along with NIM analysis.

• Peer group benchmarking and plucking of income leackages.
