We are looking for a Site Engineer with 2 years of experience in construction projects (residential experience preferred) to manage site execution and ensure quality and timely delivery. The role includes handling site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing BBS and maintaining MB (Measurement Book). A detail-oriented professional with strong technical and coordination skills is preferred. Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day site activities as per drawings and specifications
* Handle project execution from start to finishing stages
* Prepare and verify BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
* Maintain accurate MB (Measurement Book) and site records
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
* Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion * Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues * Verify material quality and quantity at the site
Skills:
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
* 2 years of experience in construction projects (residential experience preferred)
* Hands-on experience in BBS preparation and MB (Measurement Book) maintenance
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
* Strong understanding of construction processes
