Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Generation and Business Development:
• Identify potential customers and market opportunities for API sales.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, including pricing and delivery terms, to secure new business.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
• Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers at customer.
• Regularly engage with customers through visits, phone calls, and emails to maintain strong relationships.
• Understand customer needs and requirements for APIs, including quality standards, regulatory compliance, and pricing expectations.
3. Market Intelligence:
• Stay updated on industry trends, including price trends, demand supply dynamics, customer and competition landscape.
4. Order Management and Fulfillment:
• Process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Manage customer complaints and resolve issues if any.
5. Compliance and Regulatory:
• Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to provide/necessary documentation and customer audits.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
• Track sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare sales reports and market analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
7. Payment:
•Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes.
•Address and resolve client queries and disputes related to payments.
•Maintain timely records of all payment recovery activities, outstanding and client communications.
•Prepare and present regular reports on payment recovery status, including aged receivables
