Job Description:

• Regional Level Seller & Buyer onboarding on a B2B Ecommerce Website. - Target Based.  
• Understand the Company's products and services and articulate, guide and handhold sellers and buyers through the onboarding process and integration. 
• Post Onboarding, strive to get the Buyers and Sellers to transact on the platform – Target Based.
• Engage with Management, external customers/ Manage teams to define requirements, verify business processes, and deploy product offerings.
• Gather requirements and help build tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which sellers and buyers onboard/integrate with us. 
• Track and report onboarding and integration performance using appropriate metrics.
• Support the launches of new programs, categories, and features. 
• Provide post on-boarding support to both sellers and buyers. 
• Track Lifetime performance and Value of Buyers and Sellers and build systems and processes for continuous growth in both performance and value. 
• Track and Improve repeat sale and purchase.
• Work with 3rd Party Marketing/onboarding agencies to get the onboarding done wherever required.
