Job Description :

  1. Overseeing sales order documentation.
  2. Coordinating with the internal Department on regular basis.
  3. Need to handle inbound calls and outbound calls and target to generate maximum leads for site visits.
  4. Lead Generation through Real-estate Portals.
  5. Data Management through CRM software.
  6. End to end client follow-up with all the leads generated through various activities.
  7. Coordinating for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
  8. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings.
  9. Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
  10. Report on sales activities to senior management.
  11. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
  12. Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
  13. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
