Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional with strong expertise in HR compliances, statutory processes, PF, ESIC, and payroll-related activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in both manual compliance handling and system-based HR/payroll operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, and Gratuity.
  • Manage PF & ESIC registrations, challans, returns, UAN processes, withdrawals, transfers, and employee support.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of compliance records.
  • Maintain employee documentation and statutory registers as per labor law requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government authorities regarding compliance matters.
  • Manage payroll inputs related to statutory deductions and validations.
  • Work on HRMS/payroll systems for compliance processing and reporting.
  • Handle both manual compliance calculations and system-generated compliance activities.
  • Support HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave records, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Prepare MIS reports and compliance trackers for management review. 

Skills:

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
  • 5–6 years of experience in HR compliances and statutory management.
  • Strong practical knowledge of:
    • PF
    • ESIC
    • Payroll compliance
    • Labor laws
    • HR operations
  • Experience in both manual statutory processing and HR/payroll systems.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS software.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Hands-on experience in statutory audits and inspections
  • Knowledge of labor law compliances
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple compliance activities
