Job Description:

1. Zero defects in Windows
2. Timely updating of reports
3. Counting daily manpower and verifying attendance by attendance register
4. Check each components / phases of window installation
5. Daily basis safety standards to be followed and checked
6. Ensuring that work on site starts at stipulated time.
7. Ensuring daily that labour when arrive on site should be in proper physical condition
8. Arranging for materials to be stacked safely at the site
9. Ensuring proper storing and handling of tools and equipment such as to preventing pilferage or loss
10. Maintain cleanliness at workplace
11. Frequently checking of electrical plugs and sockets
12. Measurements to be taken of each and every completed window
13. Check level marking transfer of each and every window
14. Plumb and line checking of each and every window by laser machines
15. Any size variation to be highlighted to site in charge and project manager.
16. Raising a memo to relevant authorities in the event of any stumbling blocks and non-availability of work fronts
17. Material receipt, material counting, hardware receipt, counting and issuing (Handling of stores)
18. Ensuring QC to be done and verified by client’s authorities and coordination with relevant counterparts for the same
19. Conducting security clearance on receipt of material
20. Preparation of Daily reports (Work Completion) and submitting it to Site In charge
21. After sales service.

Skills:

Experience working on Site
