Job Description :
At least 2 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry, having worked at banks and products companies and preferably experience working with startups.
Experience in Trade Finance (administration, advisory, guarantees and letters of credit) and products with an end to end understanding of the business.
Must have experience in the Trade document checking process.
At least 2 years of experience in product management or product design
Will also need retail banking experience
Meeting prospective & existing customers to generate business opportunities thereby generating revenue for the company
Managing customer relationships & addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers
Providing the clients fund and non-fund based working capital facilities for business operations
Handling Trade based queries from the Branch & increase trade finance based revenue by smoothening transactions process by proactive liaison with Channel Partners
Thorough knowledge of Current Account/Trade Account opening/transaction processes
Assisting the business owner with credit facilities like Letter of Credit/ BG/pre and post shipment finance
