Job Preference:

Essential:

Applicants should have Master-Degree/Post Graduation Degree from a recognised university in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Science or other relevant disciplines.

Desirable:

• M.E./M.Tech/ M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science or MBA in Environmental Management from recognised university is desired.
• Experience in EIA and ESIA, Environmental Clearance process 
• Experience in undertaking Environmental and Social Due Diligence particularly in real estate  
• NABET Accreditation as AFAE, FAE would be advantageous.

Experience:
Essential: Applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in Environmental Sector undertaking Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and Environmental and Social Due Diligence. Should have good reporting skill and knowledge of EIA.

Job Description:

• Plan, co-ordinate & supervise day to day activities within the team members for execution of Environmental Impact Assessment & Environment Clearance for various projects. 
• Data collection and analysis for projects under the heads of Green Buildings. 
• Environmental Impact Assessment, Energy Auditing, etc. 
• Take complete charge of EC & EIA projects in the real estate sector. 
• To make a presentation to SEAC / SEIAA regularly & independently. 
• Coordinate for NABET related activities. 
• Work alongside Coordinator EIA Projects & facilitate environmental project implementation 
• Lead the communication channel between interdepartments within the organization and outside with external clients and consultants alongside the Coordinator EIA Projects. 
• Getting work done completed from the team members, set targets & delegate tasks within the team & achieve results accordingly.
